First day we showed up we started up the system and began clearing the pool with chlorineWe had to return a few times as to retreat with chlorine to clear the poolThe
day the pool was clear enough to vacuum we vacuumed the pool and called the customer and left a voice message letting them know we have completed their serviceThe client also gets email notifications letting them know we have services ongoing or completed
days later after stroms she calls and complains her pool is green and it was never vacuumedI know for a fact her services were completed and her pool was in good orderIf she would have called me the day we had completed her services or even the next day I would have come out to address her concernsBut it was very unreasonable for her to claim we did nothing but turn the pump on and left
One thing that does not make sense in her claim is I doubt that she would have found it acceptable that we come one day and not show up for ten days without her ever calling asking where we are at
This new client is very unreasonable and we will not be working for her in the future
