I am rejecting this response because:Initially, we had agreed for landscaping plus sprinkler system and I paid 50% ($2900) of the amount upfront as he had requested. Initially he said he would start in 2-weeks and finish the job in a week thenThen he kind of started making excuses and kept on disappearing for weeksHe was also working on other houses of my neighborhood and there as well he was causing months of delays. So, seeing that and as nothing was even started after waiting for months, then only I decided to make changes and asked him to do some stoneworks, trees and few plants instead equivalent to what I had paid initiallyHe agreed and sent the new quotes with updated workThat too, he showed up sometimes only randomly and so took many weeks to get things done. Still he has yet to finish up few things which are:s - finish up the mortars on the flower beds and add weep holes to prevent rain water accumulation inside the beds. - put mulch for the trees and flower beds - Add decompose granite to a section of the side yard - Plant remaining rose plantsHe always used to promise to come but never showed up and then he dissapeared completely.As I can only attach files here, I have attached few pictures that shows flower beds and trees without mulch, incomplete mortar works on the flower bed edges and section that needs decomposed graniteI have attached the final updated quote (months after first quote which was not even started)I can present all the text messages conversation between me and him that show how much excuses he made and kept on delaying the workThis is really unprofessional and fraud behaviorIt was maximum days worth of work and here he took more than months and hasn't finished yetHis intention was bad from the beginning
