Yes there was a mistake on one of the glasses and I did have it in line to correct the problemHowever she came in and demanded her glass back, I gave it to her, as she was leaving she cuss up a storm at my son and wife, my son responded to by telling her she had no right to talk like
that to his parents, she got out of the vehicle came back in to the store yelling and screaming about her relative that was about to die, I came to the front and calmly talked to her stating that I would still correct the item.....she said she would come back in the following week......she was not calm still and somewhat derangedShe did look at the glasses when pick up and never said a word at that timeI did explain to her at the initiation of this order that we were doing lots of work as it was the end of school and that June 1st was possible but not guaranteed she accepted that risk.we had at that time one machine that does this kind of work, when it is working a job I cannot just stop it and do something else and yes sometime jobs will run several day to completion as that machine is used for other types of jobsthe problem was a miss/very lite engraved letter on a very small place.I don't respond well when someone uses the kind of language she did and directs it at my family but will still correct the item for her. *** ***
