On Thursday, 2/21/2013, [redacted], Owner of Palmetto Development & Construction LLC, finished fixing the ceiling & painting. He said he sprayed for mold before he put the mud on the area that he repaired. He did not put the gutter back in place because he did not feel that this was...
the issue and that the water flow from the roof was running down the far end spout.
He said that if it leaked again he would repair the area and put the down spout in place. I agreed to this. As of right now the area has been repaired.
I do not know if it is repaired for long term or if I will continue to have issues but for now it's repaired.
