Good afternoonThis email is in response to the complaint filed against Reflection Cove Apartment Homes The security deposit refund for Ms [redacted] was cut and mailed from our corporate office in Houston on 8/2/The only deductions from her deposit were $for a deep scrub of her carpets, (invoice attached) and $due to a balance on the account at the time of move out, as a result of Ms [redacted] retaining keys until 7/18/(Ledger Attached.) Unfortunately, [redacted] and Reflection Cove have no control over the United States Postal Service, and can only trust mail will be delivered in a timely fashion Ms [redacted] called in early August, speaking with our assistant manager, confirming her mailing address and expressing displeasure at her deductionsShe did not request back up sent at this time, though the detailed move out statement was included with the deposit refund that was lost This was the last contact we heard from her, until receiving the notification from our corporate office that she had emailed While Reflection Cove and [redacted] in no way violated Missouri Laws or the lease agreement with Ms [redacted] , as a gesture of good will, we will return her deposit in full, in spite of the indisputable charges and deductionsI have left two messages for Ms [redacted] , requesting an alternative address where the check could be sent via Fed-Ex, with no response Please feel free to reach out directly to me if you would like any further information Thank you for your time, [redacted] [redacted] ***, CAM | Community Manager Reflection Cove Apartments | [redacted] o [redacted] | [redacted] @ [redacted] .com | [redacted] .com

carpets, (invoice attached) and $88.70 due to a balance on the account at the time of move out, as a result of Ms. [redacted] retaining keys until 7/18/2016. (Ledger Attached.)
