Refinity

Review: I have dealt with this company for about 5 months, sending them scrap jewelry and receiving scrap value for it. They were very responsive when I first began working with them and then they began ignoring my shipments sent for cash and began ignoring my emails asking for compensation. I sent a shipment to them on 5-13-13, their shipment notice # [redacted]. I have repeatedly sent them emails trying to find out the status of my shipment but have not gotten a response. Maybe they are having financial issues and can't pay for items they have received? I would just really like to know where my payment is or receive my shipment back. No one will respond; are they scamming me?Desired Settlement: I would like payment for my items sent to them to scrap.

The Refinity.com was bought out by another company, but unfortunately the Post Office Box for Refinity was not part of the buy out. All packages that have been received at the post office for refinity are being returned to the customers that sent them in. After you get your
