To Whom This May Concern:I finally heard from Kurt O*, the owner of the business, after leaving a negative review on [redacted] for an order placed through their websiteWhen reading his [redacted] reviews, I noticed he was replying to random reviews and asking people to reach out to him at a new email addressI attempted sending a message to the new email address and the next day made the negative reviewWithin an hour, he responded to my review claiming he had no record of me placing the website order and asked me to reach out to himI did so and attached the receipt of my orderHe replied saying he had been out of the country for his father's cancer treatments and said he mailed me four more prints than what I ordered and was going to issue a refund on top of the extra printsThis was Saturday (02/24/19) and Sunday(02/25/18) and I haven't received the prints he sent over the weekendSo, I have been in contact with the owner, but my issue still has not been resolved.Thank you,Allison H***

Only gave one star because I had to...Was told items shipped july 10 - still don't have them! I've e-mailed/left phone messages - no response. Finally messaged them on fb messenger. Got a response promising to overnight order...Still don't have it! Do not order from this company!
