Since our inception in we have built almost homes in and around East Edina, all with an exceptionally high rate of satisfaction from our clients We pride ourselves on customer service, refined processes, and pristine quality and craftsmanship Like any business interacting with high end consumers, from time to time, we find ourselves in a situation of misunderstanding When these rare situations arise we have been very successful finding a way to resolution With these particular Clients we have stated our position very clearly The length of the relationship spanned over months and to dispute allegations and situations one by one would require a separate and more appropriate forum These clients new full well the circumstances and terms of the relationship and we feel they have been treated more than fairly

Since our inception in 2008 we have built almost 100 homes in and around East Edina, all with an exceptionally high rate of satisfaction from our clients .  We pride ourselves on customer service, refined processes, and pristine quality and craftsmanship.  Like any business interacting with high end consumers, from time to time, we find ourselves in a situation of misunderstanding.  When these rare situations arise we have been very successful finding a way to resolution.  With these particular Clients we have stated our position very clearly.  The length of the relationship spanned over 12 months and to dispute allegations and situations one by one would require a separate and more appropriate forum.  These clients new full well the circumstances and terms of the relationship and we feel they have been treated more than fairly.

I am rejecting this response because:This response avoids the reality of a breach of contract by REFINED, LLC as outlined in our initial complaint.  REFINED LLC's past experience or ability to satisfy other customers needs is not in question.  What is in question are the specific terms laid out in our signed contract which do not stipulate that any portion of our $20,000 deposit would be directed toward the coverage of "rent/carrying costs".  Our contract specifically states what items were to be covered by the said $20,000 deposit.  As such, our claim is that we are owed the $8000 retained illegally by REFINED,LLC and should receive a check from them in that amount.

complaint.  I also notified [redacted] that we have turned this matter over to our attorneys and are waiting for their counsel.  Once we have guidance from them we will send a response per Revdex.com request.  Andy
