Review: I would like to file a complaint against an agent at Refine Properties LLC. He was the listing agent on a property located at [redacted] I began the transaction providing him with communication however as time went on he became increasingly belligerent and rude even after I had a phone conversation where I asked him for better, more professional communication. Not 48 hours after having this conversation his lack of professionalism showed again. At this time I had a conversation with the borrower's agent and sent her an email letting her know that I would only be communicating with her and she agreed to communicate directly with the listing agent. The listing agent is fond of mentioning how long it took to close the transaction but what he fails to mention is the property was acquired by his seller on 3/11/14 according to county records. The standard mortgage guideline is for properties to have been owned at least 90 days before a contract is written on what are considered "Flip" transactions which this one is. Having said that the property would have been technically eligible to have a contract written on/after 6/11/14. [redacted] is fully aware of this guideline (although he made no mention of it initially) as he had his seller to redo a contract dated 6/12/14. On our pre-approval letters at NHS we clearly indicate that we ask for 60 days from the 'ratified' contract date for closing. This transaction closed on 8/8/14 putting us at less than 60 days from the 'ratified' contract date of 6/12/14. I had a wonderful experience with the borrower and her agent and I have been working together for many of my 18+ years in the industry.Desired Settlement: After receiveing a threatening email after the loan closing, I called the listing agent to offer a meeting to extend an 'olive branch'. Unfortunately he declined so I decided based on his correspondence that my best form of recourse would be to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I would like an apology from his company to my organization. We provided a worthwhile borrower with an awesome mortgage product where she was able to get in with a very low payment (no mortgage insurance).
