Clearly, it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out a lead that was submitted to Referral Exchange by the seller, should have been air marked to give referral credit to the Seller's agentAfter researching the matter, it has been determined that Referral Exchange's online referral does not ask the ethical question of "Are you currently working with a real estate agent?" This is truly unfortunately, since the Seller's agent played a key role to put the deal together After spending several hours assisting the seller with a small property in Wichita, KSthe referral exchange refused to acknowledge that the referral was generated in Florida While the margins are narrow, the bait and switch is troubling Based on perception, the Referral Exchange commonly practice when an agent decline to enroll in their referral program Both the seller and the real estate agent have tried several times to correct the lead that was subsequently passed on to another agent in the local Wichita area, to list the property for sale
I signed up the referral program through referral exchange and I paid a $fee to get started I was told that I would start receiving referrals right away and they explained the process to me But that was a lie, because I was later told that I don't start receiving referrals until after I sent in a referral first So I paid a $fee, but I still wasn't eligible to receive referrals and the associate that signed me lied to me I have left several messages for the company and no one is willing to get me money back even though I've been lied to
I am a busy agent who can't find enough time in the dayAfter speaking to Referral Exchange and paying my $membership I'm so happy that I didThey did exactly what they said and now they have been converting some of my old leadsThank You!!! Job well done

Buying your first house is supposed to be a happy and exciting time in your lifeHowever it's been one of the most angriest, continuously upsetting, and pissed off times in my family'sKW 'Chemai Moore' our so called realtor and New Penn Financial 'Bobbi Jones' are the worst to me at their job"They both are in the same building and neither one doesn't know what's going onThere is no communication between you and them or themselvesAfter calling multiple times you have to wait a day or two to get an email or a call backAlso we were supposed to be in our home Dec and we still haven't moved inThis has been the worst experience ever, wouldn't recommend KW and definitely not New Penn FinancialSo much more I could say about these worthless company's but it would be a whole book

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Yes, the business was able to answer the questions I had originally asked the best way they couldThe guy who called me back was much more knowledgeable about the product and serviceHe also didn't keep asking me what card I wanted to put it onMy call was recorded and I believe they will be able to use that to train future calling prospectors to understand when you are asking someone to invest over $they better be able to answer some questionsAs a business owner I want to make sure I understand the cost, what's being asked, and if I believe I can have a return on my investment
So happy I decided to join Referral Exchange! It has proven to be an asset to my business and supports my local clients and beyond Being located in Orlando and communicating with new clients via Social Media allows me to connect my relocation clients with an agent in their town Referral Exchange provides me the peace of mind of connecting my clients to an agent that is the best fit for them allowing us to work as a team and make the closing process seamless
I was a part of their referral network and got an email about a possible lead in 2014....called the client, never got the listing and they listed with another firmover YEARS LATER, another referral agency sent me a referral for the same client, I called them and proceeded to list off their referralI have been harassed by this company now for years and I have repeatedly asked for one thing....a legitimate signed copy of the referral agreement from which the have REFUSED to provide AND when I went in to my account to look for it, its a generic blank undated document with nothing on it! I have repeatedly told countless people that have called threatening me and telling me im going to collections and they are going to report me to the Revdex.com that I spoke with my attorney and provided what I had that there is no agreement that is legal and binding and that I had already paid ANOTHER referral agency because they referred when I listed!!! No one will listen, all they do is threaten

We are sorry that you are still protesting the referrals we sentWe have continued to reach out through our existing process, directly with our Closing Department, and continue with our outlook for a positive resolution
I told them upfront in the phone conversation that I was not interested in paying any upfront fees or initiation feesAfter wasting half an hour of my time, they asked for my credit card number and said they would bill me $Fraud!!! Be aware
I signed up to receive referrals from this company about a year agoNone of the leads ever responded to meOne lead they gave me, was already my client and I informed them about this right awaySince then, they have tried to get me to pay them a referral on a lead that was already my clientI called them again today and was told that if I don't pay them, they will send it to collectionsI work hard to and do an honest job, only to have a company like this try to bully me into giving them moneyI wish I would have never signed up for this referral system because all it has done has wasted too much timeThese are the type of companies that make Real Estate look bad and I would stay away from them

Hello [redacted],
As we have outlined previously, there was no prior contract or agreement in place when the referral was sent and accepted. (No such agreement existed). If there was a prior, active signed agreement with the client, we would release our interest in the referral that you accepted. We outlined this immediately to you when you disputed the referral (after accepting it) and again on six different occasions between October and January. No one released ReferralExchange's interest in the referral: on the contrary, as soon as you made the dispute we immediately sent you to our Closing Department, who outlined our prior relationship policy, which we then reiterated to you throughout the tenure of the referral. You were made aware of our continued interest in the referral, which you accepted, throughout the listing and closing process. We have simply requested that you honor the referral agreement you made.
We did offer a reduced referral fee in order to resolve the issue, despite being owed the full referral fee, as a gesture of good faith. The fact that you have continued to refuse to honor the agreement despite our patience and flexibility is extremely unfortunate.
