Ok first of all we had a problem with the above named customer after the installation was completed, we made sure that the leak that was associated with the problem was repaired with no cost to the customer months agoNow I have the invoice present now and the total price was $and that included a circuit board for the downstairs furnaceI have no idea where $came none the less heater installmentsWe only installed evaporator coils and condensing units including thermostats and a circuit board for the downstairs furnace now with that being said the customer has chosen to argue with the fact of really being upset with a heater not working that we replaced nothing inWe replaced evap coils and condensing units, thermostats and a circuit board on the downstairs furnace again being saidIm just really curious to know if the problem occurred 6/15/why did we get called in December then also, not saying its not possible, but in Houston or Pasadena in June its always above 90degreesOur apologies for any inconvenience againWe can not stay in business if our customers want to extend warranty to what they or another contractor saysthanks
