Refer Trade

Review: I used refer trade as an escrow service in order to purchase an rv from an out of state seller. I wired funds ($30,000) to refer trade 6**-13 and the transaction was confirmed by refer trade in an email. I contacted seller on Friday 6-*-13 and said everthing was in order for rv to arrive Monday morning. the rv was to arrive yesterday 6-**-13 and when it failed to arrive I tried to contact seller via cell# and emails and the phone is off and no response to email. I proceeded then to contact refer trade via customer support (3 times on 6-**-13 and once this morning 6-**-13 )as there is no phone number listed because of relocating offices noted on web site. I asked to immediately stop transactions and return money submitted. I also sent emails to their support email address outside of the website 2 times on 6-**-13. I have not received a response yet. I have all communication emails between refer trade and myself as well as with seller. according to there page, no money is released to seller until authorized by me or inspection period expires. note: I tried to put wire dollar amount in next section but it would not take itDesired Settlement: return of money sent in good faith immediately

Review: They escrowed money to buy a car and then never returned it when the deal was a scam. They stated the refund would processed and then it never came.In the amount of $28500 And now have refused to return emailsDesired Settlement: The Full amount $28500
