I bought a dodge caliber off of Bush Auto last year I took it in to have a couple of repairs done to the alignmentAfter the repairs I noticed the cars lug nuts were changed from the originalSo after I noticed this I checked to see if my lug wrench would still fit these and it does notSo if I have a flat I cannot get the wheels offI took it down to them to explain the problem one day and they didn't even seem to careI am suffering with some severe health issues and do not have time for thisI also do not have the money to replace something that should of never been screwed with
On Aug 30, I took my *** *** *** to Bush Auto to have a window regulator repaired I received a call the following day stating that in the process of removing the door panel, that they had broken it and it would cost for a new one I was very upset and called my wife to call and find out what had happened She was told that the door panel gets brittle and can sometimes break There was never any mention prior to the work that this could happen My wife asked to speak to several people and in the end got the "interim" service manager He informed her that he could get a used panel for She said she would call him the following day when she wasn't so angry She called the next day and told him to proceed with the used panel She did not know what else to do considering the panel was broken She picked the vehicle up on Friday, Sept She never saw the broken door panel or any photos of it Since then, she has spoken with other dealerships that have s
