We bought a 'new' house from *** ***/*** builders about years agoThe smoke detectors were out of date and the batteries expired; of the lights in the garage only one worked; the grout in the kitchen and bathrooms were not sealed; there were three different colors of grout used in the master bath and two different colors of grout used in the hall bath (the last two comments were confirmed by a tile installer); he did not finish the trim around the cabinets in the kitchen or bathrooms; and there were several areas where the door frames meet the floor that were not grouted or caulked Very disappointed for a brand new home Will never purchase another home from this builder
