I had a *** installed last spring from this companyand have called for three days! I just left another message and they should call back tomorrow ( Monday) to look at why it is freezing up! I'll keep you informed on what Sharps electric in Nosays or doesI also called *** company ( national co.) where I purchased a *** heat pumpI left messages with both to meet here and come up with a reason why this unit has ice on the outsideI paid thousands! I will not be ripped off!
