Reeves College has a formal Dispute Resolution Policy (attached) which has been agreed to and acknowledged to, as evidenced by Ms. [redacted]'s signature on the Student Handbook Acknowledgement Form. After reviewing Ms. [redacted]'s file and after discussions with the Campus Director, [redacted],...

it has been found that Ms. [redacted] did not follow the Dispute Resolution Policy nor has she discussed her concerns with the campus. In order to resolve student concerns, it is imperative that students meet with the Campus Director while the concerns are current. In doing so we are able to address the issues within a timely fashion and assist in student success. As such, Ms. [redacted] is required to follow the Dispute Resolution Policy when seeking a resolution. At this time we would also be able to obtain more details than what has been provided in this complaint. Moreover, concerns and complaints are dealt with on an individual basis and experience.
