Review: I contracted with [redacted] for the installation of replacement windows, furnace and duct work and new interior gas lines. I bought my own furnace and all of the supplies for the work. [redacted] absconded with my furnace (700.00) and the money (750.00) I gave him to order the windows. I had also given him 200.00 to get a plenum made for the furnace and a 500.00 deposit for the work. I had become concerned because the windows seemed to be taking too long to come in. So I called [redacted] where the windows were to be ordered. [redacted] had sent me a copy of the invoice #[redacted]. When I called them in reference to that order I was advised that the order was never paid for. When I asked [redacted] about this he said that he had ordered the windows through "a buddies company" and would pick them up and install them the next day 12/6/14. That was the last time I was able to speak with him. He has not responded to any phone calls, emails, or text messages. When I called from a different number he did answer but hung up.Desired Settlement: I would like my furnace returned and the money for the plenum and windows as well as the money for the work. I would also be willing to accept the original terms of our agreement and have the work completed if he would be willing to put terms into a contract agreement.
