house on 7/27, 8/3, 9/15, and 9/21. Some things that didtranspire is the fact that the key was not under the mat the very first time wewere there. There was also an electrical problem at the house, where ourservicemen were getting jolted when they were working. Mr. [redacted] was advisedof the problem, but it went on the entire time.We did not get the job done in a timely manner. We have been behind in ourservice jobs all summer into the fall. That is our fault. We also did not bill out thework that had been done until today.
