This is our written response to complaint ID [redacted] re: [redacted] ***.Ms [redacted] had her vehicle serviced here at our dealership on 03/09/During her visit with us we replaced one rear upper control arm on the right sideWe did this job per her request as she had the vehicle diagnosed elsewhereThe total invoice at our dealership was $however Ms [redacted] was not charged any money at allWe did the repair she requested for freeShe then took her vehicle to [redacted] in Stow, Ohio where she had more work doneNot the same work performed by our techniciansMs [redacted] chose not to bring it to our dealership and try to have us process any further work through her vehicle service contractIt is not our responsibility to provide all repairs on her behalfWe went above and beyond trying to accommodate the clientHowever we were unable to satisfy her needs in her opinion.Her request to be reimbursed for service work at another repair facility is unjust in our opinionShould Ms [redacted] have any issues in the future we would be glad to work with her.Reel's Auto Sales has sold and serviced over 10,vehicles and this is our 3rd Revdex.com complaint in our years of businessWhile every complaint is disturbing, we try our best each and every time to please our customersPlease feel free to contact me directly at [redacted] .Sincerely [redacted] ***OwnerReel’s Auto Sales

elsewhere. The total invoice at our dealership was $255.98 however Ms. [redacted] was not charged any money at all. We did the repair she requested for free. She then took her vehicle to [redacted] in Stow, Ohio where she had more work done. Not the same work performed by our technicians. Ms. [redacted] chose not to bring it to our dealership and try to have us process any further work through her vehicle service contract. It is not our responsibility to provide all repairs on her behalf. We went above and beyond trying to accommodate the client. However we were unable to satisfy her needs in her opinion.Her request to be reimbursed for service work at another repair facility is unjust in our opinion.
