Lies, lies lies... stacia promises everything and delivers nothing, incompetent overall and would not recommend her or Reef Point in general. We were relocating to LA vicinity due to recent job change and Reef Point was our (unfortunate) choice of real estate companies. They promised a hassle free home sale and committed to take care of the "little things". After 2 months of our house not being sold we came down to find that they had let our new $2500 lawn die, the house was left open after their open house the day before, outlet covers on electrical missing and paint/drywall damage done to an upstairs bedroom (we spent $3500 painting house for sale). There were many other issues with callbacks and other minor details such as not giving us the names, phone number or address so we could PAY for the landscaper/cleaning company THAT THEY CHOSE to hire. The straw that broke the proverbial camels back was that as we approached the end of the contract, which we wanted out of, they would not allow us to do so as they had an offer pending... the offer was under market but we were so sick of dealing with them we just took the $20k loss.
It turns out that the purchaser was another agent they work with which seemed unethical to me

Absolutely disappointed!!!! They run these ads for homes that are too good to be true and when you contact them conveniently the home is in escrow but then the same house pops up a few weeks later. I wasted 2 hours of driving to San Diego from Oceanside to sit in a meeting that was completely useless, the agent did not know a single thing about North County. Additionally, they do not communicate well about what homes are available.
