I am rejecting this response because: I have been contacting the company every month for a year. She has had more than enough time to search her records to verify that the check she supposedly sent was never received/cashed by me. I will only accept the business response when my refund has being received

Refund check # *** was issued upon request in 2013. I will look for the bank statements following the request to find out if it has cleared

The Flowod league had an large amount of missing orders in the mail this year.  As such and for subsequent job in that area they will be pick up only. 
Additionally in all cases of missing or misshipped, we require a receipt as a few people have worked the system to their advantage...

in the past.  While I am sure, the is not the case, we MUST be provided with receipt information to process.

I don't think it is too much to ask that a problem from this long ago be researched.  I will issue a refund once I have verified the information.
