response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Thank you. In response to [redacted]'s comment, while I understand seasonal issues and concerns a simple phone call, email or text as a form of communication would have been appreciated. Communication is easy and convenient these days...it is readily available.Dustin reached out to me and left me a voice message on June 14th. We are trying to set up a mutually convenient time to discuss what needs to be done to complete the job as well as find a time that works for the two of us. Tentatively June 29th is scheduled at this time.
