Factory Authorized Parts for the repair of HVAC systems. Our labor rates are competitive at $75.00 Diagnostic, 8 AM-4:30 PM and $85.00 after 4:30 PM on week days and weekends. Electrical parts are subject to failure at anytime while maintenance related failures are preventable. We offer service agreements to help offset these cost associated with owning and operating air conditioning and heating systems. Our records indicate payments totaling $1,364.00, over the period mentioned for this system. No indication of this customer's dissatisfaction was received before this complaint.
