[redacted] came out to our house after a tornado and high winds went through our area to give us a quote for repair, her was very nice however it took several weeks to get a quote from him and it was over a thousand dollars more than our insurance said it should cost to make the same repairs. both our insurance company and us have made multiple phone calls and emails requesting to speak with him and have never received a call or email back from him. I would not recommend him to anyone I know!
