<[redacted]>Hello, Several days ago I opened the attached complaint [redacted] regarding unsolicited advertising that was continuously being sent to me despite requests to the business to stop these.   The business, Reed Buick GMC kindly called me today and is making effort to resolve this issue.  They believe that the unsolicited email advertising under their name may in fact be third party spam (or from corporate sources) which they neither have sanctioned nor control.  I’m convinced from my discussion that the business’s management team was not aware of these emails, and I’d like to withdrawal my complaint.  I’d prefer withdrawal / cancelation based upon the prompt action the business took to contact me and resolve. While the problem may not in fact be resolvable if it is in fact result of actions by a third party, I do respect and appreciate that they are looking into the situation and were very responsive to the complaint.  If cancellation isn’t possible, please do close the complaint as soon as possible based upon me being satisfied with the response.Thank you very much for your service, and also to the business Reed Buick GMC for their customer focus and response. [redacted].
