I want to personally reach out and let everyone know how great of a company Belmonte isI picked up my Electric ATV locally from their Canada warehouse and they assisted me with sending a great step by step assembly video It had a couple dings that must have occurred when loading it on my pickup truck but as soon as I gave them a call, they had parts sent to my house within daysI had the parts replaced right awayThey did not hesitate to get them sent out as soon as I sent them the picturesAt first I was very unhappy as it is a new quad and wouldn't want to buy something new with even a little bit of scratches but they resolved this right away for me Thank you to ***, ***, and [redacted] for assisting with the sale and after sales serviceI look forward to purchasing my [redacted] her own quad for Christmas and will definitely be back to you guys!

I placed on order online for a motorcycle after checking with them on their online chat if they have that model and color available, a week after it they called and were trying to change it to a different bike saying that one I ordered is discontinued and they are going to send me a "more popular model"BTW the one I ordered is still available for order on their website

I purchased a *** through this dealership and was told it was a brand new motorcycleUpon arrival 2mo this after initial purchase the motorcycle arrived with a few minor scratchesIt came with a year warranty and a month part replacement as I purchased them along with the motorcycleFirst, the motorcycle ride fine until miles inThe ignition wires came looseContacted the dealship and they took two days to get back and I told them I wanted to returnThey told me it woulf cost somewhere between 400-dollars to ship it back and that I would only get 60-70% money backSo I kept the motorcyclemiles in within a week, while on a busy road, the clutch fell off as I was switching gear and this caused me to lose balance and crashLuckily no one was behind meThe motorcycle's handle is bentAnd bruises on my bodyThis motorcycle should not be on the roadIt is unsafeI emailed

Sent back defective motorcycle for refund - it's been over month and no refund has been provided
Purchased motorcycle online at the end of February, by March the motorcycle arrived with a crooked and dented gas tank (not due to shipping)Upon "test run" of bike, it did not perform as expectedRide was unstable, gears did not shift properly, and speedometer stopped workingCustomer service offered menial $credit to "balance tire"After going back and forth with customer service they agreed the bike could be sent back, but would be deducting a substantial restocking fee from the refundUpon speaking with my credit card company, they advised me to place in a chargeback as the product received was defectiveAfter again, speaking to a manager at Belmonte Bikes they agreed to refund the purchase price if the chargeback was closed and the bike was sent backThe bike has been in the hands of Belmonte Bikes for over a month and the chargeback has OFFICIALLY been closed since June

I requested to put the Motorcycle on layaway and the gave them a deposit of $then I sent them the following week $1,and the following after I finished paying the Motorcycle with th balance of $1,in total I gave the company $2,
when I picked the motorcycle up the person name is *** stated that I might have a hard time to register the motorcycle but he said he has sold in *** and they did not have a hard time
I went to the *** in *** to register the motorcycle and they asked me if I had a Form 1(***) and I asked *** the seller to give me one and he stated that we don't have those to I proceeded to ask him how was the bike brought into *** and he said he was not sure how his broker brought them in to ***
