I hired Blake and paid him up front and in full to appraise four properties. He never completed his reports, and due to his procrastination we missed an important IRS deadline. I took Blake to small claims court but he didn't show up fir the hearing and has not responded to the court order to refund my money. I recommend not hiring this appraiser!

Beware of Blake Lehman Real Estate Appraising, he will take your money and you will not here from him again. To get my money back I had to file against Blake in court. I won after he never showed up for hearing, typical loser. If I could give zero stars I would.
Trust me don't use Blake Lehman, you will regret it!
