Consumer brought two vehicles One vehicle needed a transmission The other vehicle was a disaster I've called the consumer approximately times Any time that I make changes, I call the customer The truck didn't run worth a crap I finally got it running and oil was pouring out everywhere Every time that I called the consumer, I told her that she is putting a lot of money into a truck that's not worth this amount I finally fixed problem with the truck and got it to run but it was still misfiring There was 225,miles on the truck and the bearings were bad The oil pressure would drop right away which usually indicates garbage in the oil pan The oil hadn't been changed and there was a bunch of sludge built up Every time I called the consumer, it would take - days for her to return call The pan and block were full of garbage I got it cleaned up and told the consumer that she needed to change oil after miles and a lot more frequently She was preparing to try driving the truck to California I know Frank very well and he would never talk bad about me I can't speak on what was all done after the truck left my shop because I don't know what Frank did to it I never made any moves on this truck until the consumer gave me permission

running and oil was pouring out everywhere. Every time that I called the consumer, I told her that she is putting a lot of money into a truck that's not worth this amount. I finally fixed problem with the truck and got it to run but it was still misfiring. There was 225,000 miles on the truck and the bearings were bad. The oil pressure would drop right away which usually indicates garbage in the oil pan. The oil hadn't been changed and there was a bunch of sludge built up. Every time I called the consumer, it would take 1 - 2 days for her to return call. The pan and block were full of garbage. I got it cleaned up and told the consumer that she needed to change oil after 100 miles and a lot more frequently. She was preparing to try driving the truck to California. I know Frank very well and he would never talk bad about me. I can't speak on what was all done after the truck left my shop because I don't know what Frank did to it. I never made any moves on this truck until the consumer gave me permission
