Redwine Automotive Service

I have an issue with the overall service received at Redwine Automotive. This repair shop had my car since 11/03/15 and it is 11/13/15 Still not fixedMy vehicle was towed to Redwine Automotive for repair on 11/03/15. I allowed them to tow the vehicle with the understanding repairs would begin immediately. On 11/05/15 I authorized 2-3 hours of labor at a rate of $112 per hour for diagnostic test and installation of the alternator which was not attached to the vehicle at the time of delivery. I called the shop daily for updates, but per the receptionist the technician was either not available and or did not know what was wrong with the vehicle. I continued to call daily, but received excuses of the technician is not available. I called again on 11/13/15 to check on the status and the receptionist advised the Actuator Door needed to be replaced because of the loud flapping noise which drained the battery thus causing mechanical failure. I have a problem with the service for the following reasons: 1) The diagnostic test and repair work was not done in a timely manner. It does not take 10 days to diagnose a vehicle nor does it take 10 days to install an alternator. 2) No updates were given, I had to call daily and received very little information. I firmly believe this company kept the vehicle for an extended time period to justify costly diagnostic work which did not resolve the issue. I have paid approximately $418.92 and my car is still not operational. I received another estimate for replacing the HVAC Door Actuator for a total of $239.79. I want my money back and my vehicle repaired!! Desired SettlementI want my vehicle fixed and my money returned to me!! I have been inconvenienced and had difficulty getting to my job in Forrest City, AR.
