I bought a sweater from this company a month ago on September ***Their page says that it takes 3-days to process the order and another 5-days for the order to be delivered yet it’s about to be a month and I have yet to receive anythingThey do not responded to my emails and from reviews I’ve read this is a pretty common issue

This, we believe, is the Genesis of the problem.
We've worked with the manufacture to resolve the matter, without success....

I do not accept this response.
I have NEVER ran "bush fuel" all my fuel comes from a gas station just like everyone else's fuel!
[redacted] we simply stated that the work was NOT being done because 2 days after receiving the truck back with ZERO paperwork the truck would have to turn around and go right back into the dealership!
I have received ZERO compensation from the dealership (I.E a loaner vehicle or anything else.)
