Review: Over a year in the storage units themselves,On Behalf of Chico Trailer Haven residences,who reside in the middle property ajacent to storage unit,One of redtops,other is chico storage.Management has and continually is allowing band practices,not only one group, but now is multiple,The Chico police have had to go out to silence,but they continue,.(in units they are renting.or?) #it is very disturbing of our peace and finding solitude in our homes,the bass,and continued repeating of pounding drums,and tubas,and over and over again same and disturbing practices have and is a big nuisence,were requesting,appropriate action to have this put to stop,and have them removed to some other location,it most starts early evening carrying on for hours,Asking for help to take care of this in a civil manner,please,Thankyou.Desired Settlement: Management has been asked prior# nicely,#to have issued resolved and put a stop to it!She did not comply,nor seem to care that is was reflecting bad representation of facility.More caring of herself and ?than others,and the fortunate position she currently is holding.Asking herto be inlightened,and requesting please for this all to be put to a total stop,and no more allowing these practices of bands,or loud music and partyies to continue in units are on property,and introduced in agreement.

When the issue was brought to me, I relocated the tenants in an attempt to compromise with my neighbors. My tenants are respectful and are willing to compromise. Nothing has pleased my neighbor. The noise isn't any louder than the normal loud college traffic.
