To Whom It May Concern: I'm filing the complaint due to warranty issueI recently purchased a camera (Panasonic GH5) on Ebay from a seller by the name of Daniel M*** back in April, I used the camera a few times then around late June I pick it to turn it on the camera did not turn onSo I then contacted Panasonic to send the camera to get fix under manufacture warranty, I sent it to Panasonic they then contact me and return the camera stating that the camera is an out of country camera Panasonic is not responsible to fix it under manufacture warrantySo I contacted Daniel M*** telling him about the camera so he sent me ALL the information and receipts for the camera, on the receipt I noticed he purchased it from REDTAG I got in touch with them and sent them the camera, it's now JULYAfter REDTAG received the camera which is still under warranty and also an extended years warranty from REDTAG, (REDTAG) (Debbie, the manager and MOSHE those were the people I spoke to) they called

Review: I ordered a 64GB MP3 Player from Redtag online and received an 8GB player. When I notified them of the issue they told me to return the item and a replacement would be provided. I sent the item back on **Dec 13, they received the item on **Dec 13 via UPS. I have emailed them several times concerning a replacement, and they have ignored my attempts to get obtain information from them.Desired Settlement: I want the 64GB device I originally ordered and I want compensation for the fact that I had to pay for reshipping the 8GB device back to them.
