immediate response!!! no BS or no shows or your construction games contractors play when they are inadequately prepared or over booked and are trying to buy time/ only reliability, quality work, above and beyond customer supportand even when the job was done and the bill was paid I have received no less then calls in months after in order to ensure the quality has held up and my satisfaction is maintainedI can't think of a single thing they could have done to make me more comfortable, confident, or pleased (unless it was free lol)
