Recently, I had water damage to my home and the insurance company wrote a check with Redstone as a payee because I have a mortgage through themWhen I went to cash the check it was put on hold because I didn't have the adjustment of the damage from the insurance companyToday I went back with the papers they were looking for only to find out that I needed another form I had to fill outAlong with that, they said I needed estimates from the contractors with their federal id numbers and even then, they would only release 90% of the funds My complaint is why didn't they tell me the first time when I tried to deposit the check? What else will I have to do when this is complete? This is the same branch that allowed someone to change my address and phone number to somewhere in Rhode Island several years ago with a toll free number that turned out to be a hospital

I set up a renewing 6-mo CD, and later decided I didn't want it to renew when it matures Their website offers no functionality to set that; apparently you need to do it within days of maturation They only sent an email a week after it matured, and would not let me then cancel it Customer support basically blew me off
