the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11476001, while their response is true it should be noted that we walked away because legal action was cost prohibitive and we wanted them out of our lives. This contractor is very unprofessional, unreliable and offers average quality at best. Our comments should be made visible for future potential customers to review so they're not abused as we were.

We are aware of the installation issues and it is scheduled for replacement next week. The homeowner was informed from the beginning that it would be taken care of to their satisfaction
