Thanks for trying to contact/resolve Halloween Mask. They eventually contacted me and resolved the issue via Paypal dispute resolution. Even during dispute process they were not the quickest to respond. It had to go up to Escalation. They finally re-sent two masks and
gave me a refund for the other items they're not able to ship. They said the packages went missing and they were trying to find/trace them. They didn't relay any of this information to me in months, even after sending them emails, letters and voicemails. Nobody picks up their customer service number and nobody is there in the web messaging system on their site. This is one of the worst companies I've dealt with ever, online, and this includes overseas sellers. It took months but everything's resolved now. Thanks, Emilie

I received a refund invoice from the company, however, my CC company has not seen the credit come through and is continuing to monitor until the credit has been officially received and posted.
