It seems like very few people take the time to tell good experiences they have...well I'm taking the time because I have never had anyone go to such lengths in a business. I forgot my wife's birthday. Yeah, I know. She had picked out a shirt from redneckbiker, and I forgot to order it. I called the store, but it was Monday, the one day they are closed. I emailed in a vain hope that I could get in contact, never thinking I'd hear back. [redacted] messaged me that afternoon, asking me what shirt I needed. I told her style and size, she said 'let me go to the store and check stock'. And she did. She then drove to USPS-on her day off!-and overnighted the shirt to me. Now that, folks, is customer service!
HAD THE GREAT experience WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Personal interaction with the Owner Nikki and my shirts were at my door within days after ordering I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND DIRTY BIKERS!!!!!! thanks so much Nikki!!!!!!!
I had placed an order online and while it did take a bit, they let me know up front that it would because of the manufacturer...I got my stuff and loved it! I just placed another order, after they let me know that they are now able to fulfill much quicker, and yep! Got my shirt in a week! Definitely recommend them to anyone!
