I ordered a pair of headers in them and got to email the next day saying they did not have that part and that they'll refund me my money turns out they charged me twice they only refunded one amount the other ones been pending for 4 days and my bank has nothing to do with that one I've emailed them multiple times and have not heard back. This is unecceptable.

Unfortunately this particular order did not go smoothly and we apologize sincerely. The customer ordered an item and we shipped it the same day. Unfortunately, the manufacturer changed the part number description and it ended up...

being the wrong item for the customer. We told the customer it would be no problem to get it exchanged. Once we received the incorrect part, we shipped the correct part out and closed the case. We didn't hear back from the customer again until we received a Revdex.com notice. When we received the notice, we checked the tracking number and found that the re-shipment was shipped to the wrong place. The mistake is on us, and I apologize. We have issued the customer a full credit back to his credit card. Please accept our apology, this order is not representative of how we do business.

The response was incorrect because I did send them emails after I shipped back the incorrect part and they simply ignored them. Yet I did receive a fill refund. So I am so happy! Thank you Revdex.com!!! You are a great organization and appreciate you all there!
