I have used Redline many times for interior cleaning. I am 78 and live in an apt. and can no longer do the interior. I know what to expect, price is now $15 but still a good deal. Usually takes about 20 minutes with 2 guys washing windows, vacuuming, cleaning rubber floor mats, wiping seats, cleaning dash board and surrounding interior. One man was done in 5 minutes and only cleaned inside of windows. I am not proud of the way I reacted, but he had done nothing else and the car, including the mats, were still filthy from winter. I was told I should not have scheduled during a pandemic! I yelled and said I want this car, especially the floor mats washed and scrubbed, as per usual. The man had been watching a very good movie that I had seen and said "hey, that's a really good movie, hope you watch it." Also told him, it would be on about 4 more times. I poked my head into cleaning bay to say those things and I should not have done that. He accused me of yelling racial slurs at him and calling him names! I was appalled ! The man cleaning my mats did a terrible job and I told him so. He refused to clean them further. I asked for a wet rag so I could open all my doors, sit on the doorjamb, and do some cleaning of my own.
They have two locations that do interiors and this one was S. Atherton St., State College PA. The owner is never there and the employees seem to be in charge. There were only 2 people in the whole place. I am told that I am on camera throwing a fit. I indeed did. I told them to place the whole thing on Facebook, I would not be embarrassed. They have threatened me not to file a complaint with you and "bad mouth" them on Facebook, they are a small family business. I have all the correspondence from them and myself. I am not permitted to use them ever again.
This car wash left scratches on my vehicle. Manager confirmed that the scratches were from the car wash brushes and agreed to fix. However, when I called to schedule an appointment he denied admitting to the cause of the scratches and refused to fix.

Dear Ms.:I am writing in response to your letter dated December 22, 20158 in regards to the complaint against my business, complaint ID 13281316. Ms. contacted us via Facebook Messenger on 12/12/18 asking for a buffing appointment claiming the car wash had scratched her vehicle. We immediately contacted her back and were in phone contact the next day. Tom G, owner, spoke with her on 12/13 at length. She explained the vehicle was new. Tom explained how new vehicles often have a thick coat of wax on them and over time as that wax coat wears off imperfections can be seen. He also explained that we washed over 300 cars on 12/12 and did not have a single other issue. He suggested she have a nice coat of wax put on her vehicle to protect it further. Ms. was satisfied but quickly called back asking Tom to speak with her husband. Tom spoke with her husband and relayed the same information but offered to take a look at the vehicle regardless.Numerous attempts were made to arrange an appointment to view the vehicle. Tom even offered to drive to Ms. place of business and meet her. Ms. said she had a meeting and would call him back when it was over. No phone call came. Later that evening Ms. had multiple friends comment and post extremely detrimental reviews on our Facebook page. Each insinuating our business was scamming customers and should go out of business. Each post named Ms. personally when we attempted to determine what the issue was and resolve it.We are a local family run business and do our best to service each and every customer's vehicle as our own. Unfortunately in winter when cars are covered in salt and dust, washing can expose marks that are unseen when dirty. We have over 1000 soft touch members who use our facilities with no issues whatsoever. We always take responsibility when a freak incident occurs and we do damage a vehicle. We attempted to help Ms. but found her unwilling to work with us in a professional manner. We do not buff vehicles for free just because someone harasses us. We have a business to run and employees to pay. Please feel free to contact me at *** or on my mobile at .
