On March 10th, 2015 we dispatched a driver to go to [redacted] in [redacted] to service a septic tank. When he arrived, Mr. [redacted] showed him where he thought the septic tank was located. Redi Services does not normally require our drivers to have to dig and...

find the septic tank lid. Out of courtesy for Mr. [redacted] he dug around and uncovered the lid to his septic tank. He then was able to remove the contents with his vacuum truck. He asked Mr. [redacted] if that was all he needed to do and he said yes, and signed the ticket and our driver left. It has never been stated that she would receive her money back. She has been spoken to over the phone by a manager. We believe that we did all that was asked of us to do. We also believe that if there was a problem with our service she should have called us back so that we would have a chance to respond at that time. [redacted] Western Slope Manager Redi Services [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I was told by [redacted], who is a supervisor that I would get a credit back to my account. I have checked with other companies and was told that the worker absolutely could tell that he was only pumping water. When [redacted] was called in to repair the pipe, they also pumped the tank. I was not calling rediservices back to pump a second time, [redacted] was already coming in. Rediservices should have known what they were doing the first time.
