I am owner of Redhawk Home Improvement and Maintenance I went to Cindy's home and had one of installers check Roof and it is properly installed.I had to leave my second shift job as we are a new buissness and don't make enough money yet for me to live off ofI lost a whole days payI had the person climb on Cindy's roof and check itThe roof is properly installedHe said it may need to have more caulk on a few places and gutters cleaned outI had my son go to her house and fix everything that the first person said to fix and homeowner was told thisHe caulked what was needed and fixed one other shingle and cleaned out gutters like the homeowner requestedI talked with the Insurance adjuster and he stated to me over? the Phone that he was there only for problem inside house not roofWe have pictures of her roof that was very damaged when we tore off old shingles it had a very large hole in her roof with mild and insulation was wetwe fixed hole and put new wood onWe put new shingles on rest of roof We repaired what we could inside of house.?

I am not satisfied with the install from Red Hawk Home Improvement ai went to Home Depot where the shingles were purchased and talk to the sales manager and customer service and was told the shingles have no warranty on them as the install was incorrect. Also they caulked the roof in numerous places which is not a fix it should never had to been done on a new roof installthe caulk on roof will not lalong only a short time as it will dry out and will need to be repaired again . I had my roof done by this company as not have to worry about any leaks or future repairs in the next yrs or more as the shingles have a lifetime warranty if they were correctly installed also they never replaced step flashing they tore off and no flashing was on the invoice from Home Depot. I'm enclosing a copy of receipt from Home Depot that I paid up front also a copy of supplies delivered from Home Depot if you need any more information please let me know Thank-You
