I called RedFynn among a list of top 10 processing companies in the US. I was not disappointed. Compared to their competitors, they had a combination of best interest rates, reasonable set up fees, and low monthly fees. Some of their competitors were more than double in monthly usage fees.
Of particular note is they have excellent customer service. Elton Hernandez was very helpful in setting my account up and properly explaining the services!

My experience with Redfynn was unparalleled to my previous experience with other providers based on the amount of information that was disseminated during the entire process. My expectation of what to expect from a merchant provider is much higher dealing with the local sales rep that has 20+ years of experience.

Redfynn technologies is by far the best point of sale, processing, rewards program company I've ran across by far . I got a smoking deal I'm honestly impressed how Redfynn has integrated everything I need in to two packages and these packages are 50% cheaper than any other program I've seen so far. I can't wait to see what rates they offer as far as merchant processing. They say they are the lowest and will beat any competitor so I'm hoping they'll keep their end of the bargain there. The customer service is beyond outstanding. After I signed up with a smoking deal, Elton was assigned as my account manager and he went through everything clearly and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. I can't wait to use this system. Absolutely one of the best POS systems available. Their response to any or all problems is way above satisfactory. They care about their customers and do not hide any fees. Can't get better than that! I recommend this company to anyone looking for total business solutions.

Myrtle Veterinary Hospital utilizes the services of RedFynn at our main office and 2 other satellite offices. There rates are reasonable. In the last few years I have had to use their tech. support only once or twice for compliance upgrades. The support was great all problems were quickly resolved. Customer service was very knowledgeable. There are various ways to communicate with their staff any questions that we have, which is convenient for both myself and my staff. I have worked with other companies and recommend RedFynn.
