I Bert purchased a 50 CCT CK reverse try sickle fully assembled at my door ready to ride it got here it doesn't start and it won't start but now they're just not answering my phone calls and they won't get back to me I don't know what to say but I'm pretty infuriated disappointed and I've been crying all day because this was something I say that a lot of money to invest in I hope that management gets back to me
We ordered a seat GoKart for our kids for ChristmasIt was supposed to be percent assembled with a few pieces for us to bolt onWe have a whole bucket of bolts and parts to assemble with no instructions on how to do itWe contacted the company twice (as well as the parent company [redacted] ***- where our $payment went) for helpThey told us the don't have any instructions or even an assembly drawingHow is that possible? They put them together don't they? When I asked the "Customer service" rep if I'm just supposed to guess how to put it together she replied "sort of" AND, you can't post a bad review to the siteIt goes to moderation for review
On November 22, - I purchased a RF 200cc Big Grizzly Clone ATV from Red Fox Powersports in the total amount of $1,It arrived at my home and I took physical delivery of the ATV on November 29, and immediately discovered that the rear, Tether Kill Switch was defective and one of the headlights was not workingI immediately notified Red Fox Powersports of the defective itemsThey assured me that the parts would be sent out to meI've called numerous times, in excess of sense I took delivery of the unit and I keep getting fictitious statements, lies and USPS tracking numbers from them concerning the replacement parts I would simply requesting Red Fox Powersports to send me the replacement parts or if they cannot get them just refund me $of the $1,that I paid for the unit and I'll buy the parts locally and I'm requesting help from the Revdex.com with this matter
I have used different companies and this is the best. it was very easy to order my scooter and they delivered in just a few days. I was given all the info to track it.this company also had the best price.
Horrible-never received the engine-missing and broken parone answers the phone, email or live chat I cannot even get a hold of this company to request a refund They took my money which I want back and I do not feel I should pay return shipping or a Restocking fee! Requesting this company be checked into feel it is a scam!

I was looking for a 50cc motorcycle on my phone on August 17, 2018, I saw one that I liked from the search on my phone, I proceed to the website and start selecting the options I would like to come with my purchase I decided to go with the layaway option which was available on this item, some parts of this website was not working properly, therefore I could not choose my second color choice for my bike, nor did the Layaway icon work to see terms and agreement I changed my mind on this purchase and decided to not get a bike all together, I chatted online with customer service and was told I had to pay to get my refund, I informed her that I did the layaway option so I never paid towards the product at all, all I paid was shipping I was told that I have to pay a restocking fee of 10% of the total cost of the bike I informed her that I ordered on Friday and today is Tuesday the second business day since the order That is a scam that I have to pay a restock fee on a 12month layaw

We purchased a CC dirt bike for our son for Christmas after not hearing anything for a week - we decided to reach out to the company because the money was withdrawn from our account immediatelyWe attempted to email and chat with them and got nothing from either my husband or myselfI finally was able to reach someone via Facebook and stated that we would have it within a week, which was accurate and we did receive the itemThe packaging was not ideal - kind of beat to crap and upon inspection of the disassembled bike which by the way we did not have the option for full assembly - we realized there was no manual instructions or no manual at all for said productHow can one put together a bike if you do not have instructions on how to do so? I immediately tried to contact someone and after hours and attempting every way of contact options I finally got someone via chat who was not attentive and didn't respond back after saying there is a video option - however I cannot seem to locate that anywhere on their site or even information stating thisI also asked how I can start a return process/refund and no one is contacting me backThis is so disappointing so close to Christmas and it seems as if almost all the customers have had similar issues - maybe this place should finally decide to close its doorsIt clearly states they have "excellent customer service" right on their website - however this has been determined not to be the caseI would love the option to get a refund and return the product as we cannot do anything with it seeing it is in pieces!
