I had Redemption Roofing Company - AMI Builders come give me a quote for several home improvements. Roof replacement and Attic insulation.
They were fair and the job was done as we discussed with very little hassle.
They worked fast and cleaned up after the job was done. They started very early earlier than I had expected but other than that they were courteous and easy to work with.

This company is crooked and take advantage if people. My dad is disabled, was tricked into signing a contract and we didn't even need their services. Now they want to take my father to court for $4000!..they must be crazy! They placed a blue tarp on our church roof that the police made us take down and it's unfortunate that this company wants to make money off of a disabled man.

I had hail and wind damage to my roof and found through homeadvisor.com high reviews for Harlowe Construction. Per Mr. [redacted] request, I coordinated his visit with our insurance adjuster. While [redacted] was on the roof with the inspector, [redacted] arrived. After the adjuster left, Mr. [redacted] discussed their process, handed me a standard form and asked me to verify my information, initial and sign. Prior to signing, he stated it was a standard form allowing them to work directly with my insurance company. I failed to notice the company name on the form was Redemption Roofing & Restoration. Two weeks later, after receiving the estimate, I decided to use another company which had offered more value for my claim. When I informed Mr. [redacted] that another company completed the repair, he requested a 20% cancellation fee. What fee? Approximately $2,550 for a roof inspection and estimate, typically a free service. This is unconscionable.
