To whom it may concern,While I understand you may be unhappy with the decision, this is a policy that is necessary to run a successful businessThis is the first time that somebody has said that the website "refreshed without notice", but we do get approximately requests each month to change reservations for convenience reasonsUnderstandably, we would not be able to run a successful business if we had to make reservation changes dailyThis is why we have adopted a no cancellation/no reschedule policy that we make no exceptions for under any circumstancesWe feel the fairest way to communicate this is by putting it into our Terms of Service that is required to be read and is also required for a box to be checked stating that you have in fact read and agree to said terms (see attached)This is not a long Terms of Service list with anything hidden in fine printThere are only a few policies listed to make it an easy read so that it can be easily understoodIt is impossible to complete your transaction without stating you have read and agree to our policyThis policy can easily be found on our website at anytime to anybody who would like to view it
