notice from [redacted] Insurance on September 14, 2017 (exibit C). I messaged Mr. [redacted] many times about insurance coverage issue. I charged Mr. [redacted]’s Debit card on Fridays like normal. I did my routine insurance checks on Saturday. Mr. [redacted] did not reinstate his policy. We had no choice to tow the vehicle on October 21, 2017. It is illegal to drive any vehicle on the roadway without insurance coverage also violates our lease agreement. There are some damage to the driver front fender and Front driver tire. Repairs will be $358.   At the time, Mr. [redacted] could of gotten the vehicle back if he would of provided proof of insurance or got a new insurance policy the next day.   Mr. [redacted] can pick up all his personal belongings at 1038 N. Lincoln st. Greensburg, IN. Call 812-716-0451 to set a pick-up time. I will hold the belongings for 30 days.
