Review: I purchased a $2100 10' long custom made dining table for our 2nd home in Pollock Pines. It is beautiful. There is a large leg on each end with a beam down the middle of the table between the legs. One of the legs has been mounted crooked. I made numerous calls, probably a dozen or more, to the store. I finally received a call back from the owner and we set up a time to meet at the house so he could see it. [redacted], the owner, didn't show up for the appointment. Now after numerous more calls, I once again can not get a response from him.Unfortunately, because this is a 2nd home and they did not deliver it on the promised date so I was not able to be there when it was delivered and set up. My husband made a special trip up there to accept delivery and he did not see the problem. I noticed it the next time I was at the house.Desired Settlement: I would like him to mount the base piece so it is straight. If this can not be done for some reason, I think I should get a partial refund for accepting the table as is.
