However you are still responsible for paying your co-payment and we are contractually obligated to collect it. Once your Out-of-Pocket Maximum is met, which was not met at the start of your treatment, you would not have had a co-payment. You can be assured that we followed the guidelines set forth by your insurance carrier in regards to the billing and payment process.
