Mr*** gave us two options for our move on 11/07/ to pay by the hour or for $to cover the move and I'm sure all items we chose the to ensure all of our things A dresser drawer was scratched during the move Mr*** stopped by the house to inspect it and said it was their fault and he would have it repaired My husband and all I have left phone messages called many many times, we were told the repair man was very busy ,we waited, we kept calling month after month, if Mr*** answered the phone he always had an excuse and would always say it will get done yet he never set an appointment or anything for somebody to come by and fix it, since we haven't out-of-state phone number we think he stopped responding what the number would come up on his phone, I have also emailed them and the only response I get is be pat
