later that it should have been due to a missing form. This was an oversight on my part and was not done intentionally. Once everything was completed the work was sent to DMV. The DMV sent the paperwork back to us requesting addition fees be paid at which time a check for the fees was sent to DMV and now it is just waiting to be processed by them and the registration sent to the customer.
